Social Work Program Resources: Social Work

Research guide for BSW and MSW students and faculty

Using Library Resources at JCSU

The librarians and staff at the James B. Duke Memorial Library are here to help you research and locate resources for your coursework and research projects.

Library policies:

  • Your student ID card will allow you to check out books (for a period of 28 days) and study rooms (for a period of three hours).
  • Computer access: Students can use their JCSU email address and password to log into library computers. This is different from the username and password used to log into Jenzabar and/or Canvas.
  • Printing: Students are given $30 each semester in their account for printing. Printing is .10 cents per page.
  • Research assistance: Librarians are available by phone (704-371-6732 or 6731), on a walk-in basis, or by appointment.
